You're not alone
Mental health
I’ve learned that the hardest part is often just saying it out loud to another person. So if you’re struggling — stressed, anxious, low, lonely, burnt out, or just not feeling like yourself — I genuinely want you to reach out to me.
You don’t need to have the right words, and it doesn’t need to be a “big enough” reason. A bad week counts. A bad day counts. If something feels heavy, that’s reason enough to talk. I’m not a therapist or a professional — I’m just a person who will listen, take you seriously, and not judge you for any of it.
You can message me, email me, or call. Whatever’s easiest. If I can’t pick up right away, I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
Reach me directly
These come straight to me — use whichever you’re most comfortable with.
If you need help right now
If you’re in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself, please don’t wait for me — reach trained people who are there 24/7. There’s no shame in it. It’s the bravest call you can make.
